Exchanges & Refunds
As per the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item/s has a major problem. We are happy to offer exchanges as per our policy below :
1. Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
2. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached.
No sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit.
To complete your exchange, please contact Jade and Noelle via firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us you wish to exchange and obtain a return address.
If you email us we will email you instructions on how to complete your return and what information to include in the return package. All return postage is done at the customer's expense. All original postage costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you use a traceable postage bag when returning your goods to Jade and Noelle as we will not accept any responsibility for lost items.
Jade and Noelle reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product does not meet the returns policy requirements when assessed.
We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we only offer a credit or exchange item for any change of mind orders.If a fault in your product arises you must inform Jade and Noelle within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- You must notify Jade and Noelle via email email@example.com
- A photograph of the item with a description of the damage/fault.
- Proof of purchase.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a fault and all items should be handled with care.
